If you wish you could give more, but you are concerned about having enough income now and the remainder of your life, you can give cash or other assets and receive steady income for the rest of your life from your gift. - Repurpose assets you no longer need or care to manage (such as rental property or vacation homes).
- Receive an income tax deduction at the time of your gift.

Looking to stretch the value and impact of your charitable dollar? For supporters who qualify, giving from an IRA remains the obvious solution.
If you are at least 70 ½ years old, you can give up to $100,000 from your IRA (or $200,000 for couples) to Blue Letter Bible and receive significant tax benefits in return.
